Site Analysis

My goal was to form a relationship between the park and the library. I took inspiration from the K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  There were three keys elements I wanted to incorporate into my design.

  1. A big see through entrance connecting the park and library.

  2. A brick façade to preserve the neighborhood.

  3. Have a multi-purpose area facing the water for stunning views.
